Lightweight compact liquid-sealed vacuum pump
This is a liquid-sealed vacuum pump that uses sealing liquid as a piston, eliminating the need for lubricating oil, resulting in low noise and environmentally friendly operation. The removal of the conventional coupling section has significantly reduced weight and size. O-rings and gaskets are used in the sealing area, improving maintainability. A ball valve mechanism is incorporated in part of the discharge port, ensuring stable operation even in high vacuum conditions. The motor output ranges from 0.4 to 5.5 kW.
